Aim
Spider Tuesday Skillz Blitz is a mid-week high energized 60 minute High Performance session delivered over 12 or 24 weeks of the year focusing on core basics and multiple touches of the ball.
About
The Programme consists of a High-Performance session for players to dovetail in with School, Club, District and National Hockey commitments. It is an extra session and not an alternative. The sessions are led by Spider Hockey Director Euan Miller and it is for boys and girls from primary 6 to secondary 4.
Training Days
Spider Hockey Skillz Blitz has 1 session option in a week.
- Tuesday Session is 5.15pm-6.15pm
At the Sessions
- Sessions will focus on multiple touches (1000) per player of the ball developing core skills in a high energized power hour.
- 40 places in each Squad Session
- Players will train groups based on Age, Maturation, Ability and Peer Groups.
- Blitz players will receive Spider a Spider Hockey garment.
